Copperbane

This page shows all the officially announced books that will be part of Rosanna's series 'Copperbane', set in a world called Rimer. (Rim-err.) Governed by immortals who were once heroes of an ancient war and an all powerful eternal World Spirit called the Great Phoenix, humankind must find a way to coexist with sentient species who could overpower them easily. Suddenly, humans are no longer the greatest of predators as they were on Earth and unless they can learn the ways of Rimer's creatures, they might risk the wrath of a very powerful god. But human survival isn't the only thing at stake, for watching from the depths of space is a powerful species far superior to anything on Rimer save the gods, a race whose greatest desire is not only Rimarian conquest - but revenge.

The first story, Ashes of Hope is being published this summer. AOH will set the stage for all stories to come. Below are some very old concept covers; the official one is to be announced.

But unfortunately, the immortals of Rimer have other ideas and they find themselves on a quest to save a world not their own. It'll take them across treacherous landscapes, through severe weather and danger, but if they can make it, humanity might just have a new home - and a second chance.
